The national HPV vaccination programme for girls aged 12- 13 years began in 2010. This is carried out by HSE vaccination teams in second level schools.From September 2019, the programme extended to include 12 – 13-year-old boys. While the Vaccination will not be carried out in the Pharmacy or Pharmacy Setting, you may be asked questions relating to HPV and the Vaccine from concerned patients. This short module talks about how we can take care of our own mental health and provides strategies and resources that can assist each of us on a daily basis.
