OTC Courses
4 Front Pharmacy Online Consultations in the Pharmacy focuses on real patient consultations  presenting in a pharmacy setting. Each course will include consultation skills, STEPS® Consultation process, general advice for patients and criteria for pharmacist referral.
Premium members can review, complete assessment and get certificated. Access is fully open.
Guest members may be able to review elements of some of these courses, but will not be able to get assessed or certificated.
All courses are reviewed and updated 12 months following publication.

The following course is presented as a number of Simulated Consultations, relating to a customer interaction relating to vaccinations.  Course participants should review each consultation as instructed and use the STEPS® Consultation Video Review Form provided to take any notes.  

It should be noted that none of the consultations purport to be ‘perfect’ and should be reviewed in the context of a live interaction and used to discuss among your colleagues using the STEPS® Consultation framework as your guide.

The following course is presented as a number of Simulated Consultations, relating to a customer interaction with pharmacy staff relating to Constipation.  Course participants should review each consultation as instructed and use the STEPS® Consultation Video Review Form provided to take any notes.

The following course is presented as a number of Simulated Consultations, relating to a customer interaction with pharmacy staff relating to Diarrhoea.  Course participants should review each consultation as instructed and use the STEPS® Consultation Video Review Form provided to take any notes.
